No sanctions with subsidies (Part 1)

The EU will promote further the agricultural sector. As Greece and other euro zone countries later threatened bankruptcy, the euro countries responded with a 750 billion-euro rescue package. Since then multiply the voices in Brussels, who see the rules of the Stability and Growth Pact as a currency and not enough to persuade the States to sound financial management?
