Insolvency to save banks (Part 2)

All banks must deposit as a function of their systemic importance in the pot, which is then placed in an emergency for the reorganization measures. The problem here is that not too systemically important banks must participate, although unlikely, is that they will ever receive from the Fund. Also unclear is the steering effect. Because the charge is, be comparatively so low that banks are not encouraged taking less systemic risks. Crisis prevention is therefore likely to be relatively small. Importantly, the government has taken the first right lessons from the crisis. In the same time, new crises will not prevent the law.
